Lymphatic Drainage Massage

A lymphatic drainage massage uses very light pressure and long, rhythmic strokes that move the built-up lymphatic fluid and directs the toxins into the organs that can properly remove them.

Normally our lymphatic system is regulated by exercise; walking, stretching or any movement.  But if toxins become to congestive then exercise may not be as effective.  You can help yourself by massaging down the length of the sternum and along the rib bones to find any sore points -  massage these areas and it will help get some flow back online.
